To Receive Credit
An assessment quiz will be given at the end of each course. Successful completion of the self-assessment is required to earn CPE credit. Participants may complete the self-assessment at any time during the course approval period (October 22, 2020 – October 22, 2021) and must score 80% on the assessment. Participants that score less than 80% correct will have the option to retake the assessment within the course approval period to receive credit.
Pharmacists will have the option to print a "certificate of completion" after completing the course assessment and a brief evaluation. Pharmacists seeking to claim CPE credit must submit a completed CPE Registration Form with their certificate of completion to [email protected]. The CPE Registration Form and certificate of completion must be received no later than 60 days post-completion of the course. Pharmacists must include their valid NABP e-profile ID number and birthdate in MMDD format on their CPE Registration Form and verify that the information entered correspond with their NABP record. (Failure to ensure this information is correct will jeopardize their earning CPE credits.) CPE credit information will be uploaded to CPE Monitor after receipt of the CPE Registration Form and certificate of completion. (Please note that ACPE recognizes as valid only statements of credit generated from your NABP e-Profile account. To print an ACPE valid statement of credit, please go to your NABP e-Profile account.)
